Pan-Fried Goats Cheese With Caramelized Pears
Ingredients
25 grams (1oz) unsalted butter
2 tablespoons soft brown sugar
1 pear, peeled, cored and cut into 8 wedges
2 tablespoons lemon juice
25 grams (1oz) sesame seeds
1 tablespoon olive oil
watercress to serve
Preparation

Melt the butter in a small pan and add the sugar; when caramelized add the pears and cook over a gentle heat until soft. Stir in the lemon juice.

Serve the cheese on a bed of watercress, topped with the caramelized pears.
