HOMEMADE MAYONNAISE RECIPE
Ingredients
1 whole fresh egg
8 tablespoons sunflower oil or extra virgin olive oil (or any type of healthy oil)
1 pinch of Himalayan,table or sea salt to taste
1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
Preparation

Place all of the ingredients in a high speed blender or food processor.

You can also use hand blender.Just put the ingredients in a large container or jar and blend.

Blend everything well on high speed until all of the ingredients are combined.

The mixture should be fluffy,creamy and homogenized.

Just about minute to minute and half.

Pour the ready mayonnaise in a container with lid.

Serve immediately or store it closed in the refrigerator for up to three to four days.
