My Easy Lasagna

Ingredients
1 pound Lean ground beef
1/2 cup Parmesan cheese
1 ounce jar spaghetti sauce - 32
2 Eggs
1 1/2 cups Water
1/4 cup Parsley, chopped
15 ounces Ricotta cheese
1 teaspoon Salt
3 cups Mozzarella cheese, shredded
1/2 teaspoon Pepper
8 ounces Lasagna noodles, uncooked
Preparation

Brown beef in 3 quart saucepan, drain fat. Add sauce and water, simmer about 10 minutes. Combine remaining ingredients, except noodles, for filling. Pour 1 cup of sauce on bottom of 9 X 13 inch pan. Layer 3 lasagna noodles over sauce. Cover with about 1 1/2 cups sauce. Spread 1/2 of cheese filling over sauce. Repeat layers of noodles, sauce, and cheese filling.
