Easy Pumpkin Pudding

1 1/2 cups milk
1 (6 oz.) package vanilla instant pudding
1 cup pumpkin puree
1 cup whipped cream
cinnamon, to taste

Combine all in bowl until thick. Serve when cooled. Sprinkle a little cinnamon on top.

Cool whip works well in this recipe, but use whatever you can find. For a quick and easy pumpkin pudding pie, place the pudding in a pre-made Graham cracker crust and chill until set.
