Tangy Avocado Chutney

Ingredients

1/2 Tomato
1/2 Onion
1/4 cup Fresh Cilantro Leaves
1/4 cup Fresh Mint Leaves
1 teaspoon Tamarind Paste
1 teaspoon Lemon Juice
1/2 teaspoon Salt
1/4 teaspoon Chunky Chaat Masala

Preparation

Chop onions, tomatoes & scoop out the pulp of avocado.

Mix cilantro, mint and add seasoning to taste.

Give this mix a quick churn in a mixer, not more than 2 mins. Add tamarind paste and lemon juice for tanginess.

About

A Traditional Guacamole recipe calls for tomato, onion, garlic, lemon juice, salt and seasonings added to mashed ripe Avocados. In this fusion I have added a dash of Cilantro, Mint & added the tanginess by introducing Tamarind Paste.
