Cauliflower Pie

Ingredients

3 cups cauliflower flowerets

8 ounces nonfat sour cream

cup egg beaters 99%% egg substitute

1 teaspoon garlic powder or two cloves minced

1 teaspoon dill (Dippity Dill)

teaspoon salt

teaspoon ground black pepper

teaspoon paprika

Steam cauliflower 8 minutes or till tender. Drain. Arrange in a shallow casserole dish coated with cooking spray.

Combine sour cream and next six ingredients in a bowl. Stir well. Pour over cauliflower.

Combine bread crumbs and paprika, sprinkle over cauliflower.

Bake, uncovered at 375 degrees for 20 minutes or until hot and bubbly.
