Boiled Edamame

Ingredients

6 ounces sea salt
32 ounces fl water
1 pound edamame shelled

Preparation

Add all but 1 tsp/5 g of the salt to the water and bring to a boil

Add the edamame and simmer until tender, about 8 minutes. Drain the edamame and season with the remaining 1 tsp/5 g of salt and serve hot, or cool to room temperature.
