Sorrel Aioli

Ingredients

2 tablespoons chopped parsley
1 tablespoon chopped fresh tarragon, dill, or fennel fronds
1 small clove garlic, mashed or finely grated
2 tablespoons minced shallots

Mix all ingredients together.

Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes for flavors to blend.
