Jam Granola

Ingredients

10 cups rolled oats
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon vanilla
cup honey
10 ounces jam (apricot or any flavor)

Here is my favorite fatfree granola recipe. I like to use 1/2 rolled oats and 1/2 rolled wheat flakes. My favorite jam flavor is raspberry (one of the all-fruit varieties). Add more jam or honey or water if you like biggerclumps in your granola (I do). Be careful so it does not get too brown-itbrowns quickly around the edges. [Beth]

Mix together thoroughly in a large bowl, using your hands. Spread this mixture out on a large cookie sheet, and bake at 350 for about a half hour until it's starting to brown, taking it out every five minutes or so to stir it around.
