Chicken & Sausage Pasta

Ingredients

1 med. onion, minced
1 (28 oz.)
1 (16 oz.) can tomatoes
1 1/2 teaspoons basil
1/2 teaspoon thyme
1/4 cup fresh parsley
1/4 teaspoon red pepper
1/2 - 1 lb. pasta (tortellenis with Parmesan)

Preparation

Bake chicken thighs, remove meat from bones. Fry sausage and onion. Drain grease. Add chicken and all remaining ingredients. Bring to boil. Lower heat, simmer 15 minutes. Adjust seasonings. Cook pasta according to package instructions. Top with Parmesan cheese (optional).
