Buttermilk Sauce

Ingredients

2 cups buttermilk
sprinkling of butterbuds
2 tablespoons flour for thickening
spices I use garlic - o

Preparation

Buttermilk has 1%% milkfat.

Simmer on medium heat until thickensCrab meat or other seafood is a good addition to this sauce.

I also love to serve it with veggies and pasta.
