Boil until beets are done (cut beets like potatoes and cover with water). 1 box Sure Jell

Bring to rollingboil and add 4 cups sugar, adding 1 cup at a time, bringing to a rollingboil after each addition.

After last cup bring to rollingboil and boil for 1 minute. Take from heat. Add 2 packages Kool-Aid. (I use grape or black raspberry. The Kool-Aid you use is the taste of the jam.)
