Ginger
Preparation
1
Cut
chicken in small cubes.
Mix
remaining ingredients and
marinate
chicken overnight (in refrigerator, or at least 2 hours).
Thread
chicken on
skewers
and barbeque on charcoal
grill
or under broiler.
