Sauteed Mushrooms

Ingredients

1 pound Mushrooms
2 tablespoons Margarine or Butter
2 tablespoons Olive Oil
2 cls Garlic, minced
2 tablespoons Lemon Juice
teaspoon Salt
teaspoon Pepper

Preparation

Rinse mushrooms and trim off stem ends. Do not peel and cut into 1/4-inch slices.

Heat margarine, oil, and garlic in a 10-inch skillet over medium-high heat. Stir in mushrooms, lemon juice, salt, and pepper.

Cook about 5 minutes, stirring frequently, until mushrooms are light brown.
