Ingredients

Mushrooms
2 tablespoons
Margarine

Butter
2 tablespoons
Olive Oil
2 cls
Garlic

Lemon Juice
teaspoon

Pepper
Preparation

Rinse mushrooms and
trim
off stem ends. Do not
peel
and
cut
into 1/4-inch
slices
.

margarine, oil, and garlic in a 10-inch
skillet
over medium-high
heat.
Stir
in mushrooms, lemon
juice
,
salt
, and pepper.

Cook about 5 minutes,
stirring
frequently, until mushrooms are light
brown
.
