Healthier Cheesecake

Ingredients
2 (8 oz)s packages softened fat-free cream cheese
1 cup sugar
1 pint fat-free sour cream
1 teaspoon cinnamon

Spray sides and bottom of a 10-inch springform pan with Pam. Crush crackers until fine and add cinnamon and melted butter, blend with fork. Pour into pan and press firmly. Bake 5 minutes.

Blend remaining ingredients in blender. Pour into crust. Bake 1/2 hour. Shut oven off without opening. Leave for 2 hours. Leave out 1/2 hour before refrigerating.
