Creamy Squash Puree "Ice Cream"

Blend all ingredients in blender until smooth

Add broken pretzel pieces into mixture

Pour into cup and place in freezer until ready to eat.....or just eat right away b/c it's hard to resist

Use this as base to make your own super creamy and tasty, but way healthier than ice cream variation. I sometimes use other types of winter squash I baked and pureed or just canned pumpkin puree.
