Creamy Squash Puree "Ice Cream"

Ingredients

Butternut Squash
Frozen fruit of choice; banana, strawberries, cubes of papay
Stevia sweetened vanilla or chocolate Unsweetened cocoa powder
Water, coconut milk, almond milk, or plain Vanilla or chocolate flavored liquid stevia
Broken pieces of whole grain pretzel dipped in a little pean

Preparation

Blend all ingredients in blender until smooth

Add broken pretzel pieces into mixture

Pour into cup and place in freezer until ready to eat.....or just eat right away b/c it's hard to resist

About

Use this as base to make your own super creamy and tasty, but way healthier than ice cream variation. I sometimes use other types of winter squash I baked and pureed or just canned pumpkin puree.
