Sauteed Green Beans With Fresh Tomatoes & Parsley

Ingredients
1 pound of green beans, cleaned
1 tablespoon shallots, minced
1 tablespoon fresh parsley, minced
3 small tomatoes, quartered
Preparation

Saute green beans with 1 Tbl of olive oil for 5 minutes

Add shallots, parsley and tomatoes; cook for a few minutes

Salt + pepper to taste

Serve while green beans are still crisp.
