Jeera Rasam

Ingredients

salt, to taste
100 grams jeeragam
5 red chilies
50 grams ghee

Preparation

Soak the tamarind in water and boil it; set aside in pot.

Fry the mustard, red chili, dal, and jeeragam for five minutes then blend.

Boil the tamaring water and mix the paste into the water. Add salt to taste.
