Ingredients

new potatoes
, cut into quarters
2 cups Old English
cheese
, grated
16 slc
bacon
, fried
crisp
1 cup fresh
parsley
1 lrg
onion
, chopped
salt
&
pepper
, to taste
Preparation
1
Boil
potatoes until tender. Spray a casserole
dish
with non-stick
coating
, such as Pam.
Mix
all ingredients in casserole.
Bake
at 350 degrees for 20-30 minutes. Sprinkle with parsley.
