Stir - Fried Cabbage In Oyster Sauce

Ingredients

1 med. to lg. cabbage, cut up
3 tablespoons oyster sauce, (purchased)
1/2 teaspoon ginger
3 tablespoons bacon fat or peanut oil

Preparation

Heat oil in frying pan or wok. Place cut up cabbage in pan. Stir-fry until nearly done, depending on consistency desired. Add ginger and oyster sauce, mix well. Serve.

Cooking Time: Approximately 10 to 15 minutes.
