Pate De Chocolate

Ingredients

1 1/4 cups Scalded Coffee Cream
2 lrg Eggs
4 tablespoons Rum Or Brandy

Preparation

Combine all ingredients in a blender bowl and blend until well mixed. Pour into dessert glasses and chill until firm. It doesn't get much easier than that.
