Papaya Slaw

Ingredients
1 tablespoon lime juice - (to 2)
2 teaspoons hot bean paste
1 teaspoon sugar
teaspoon salt
2 papayas peeled, julienned
1 red finger chile pepper seeded, veined,
and finely chopped
1 tablespoon chopped cilantro
1 garlic clove minced

In a medium bowl combine lime juice, bean paste, sugar, and salt; mix well. Add papaya, chile pepper, cilantro, and garlic; toss to combine. Cover and refrigerate for 2 to 4 hours. Serve cold.
