Honey Icing

Ingredients

1 cup Sugar
1/2 cup Honey
1/8 teaspoon Salt
1 cup Diced marshmallows
1/4 cup Water
1 Egg white, stiffly beaten

Preparation

Combine sugar, honey, water, and salt. Boil to soft ball stage (236 F).

Add marshmallows. Pour slowly, beating constantly, onto egg white. Beat until thick and creamy.
