Honey
1/8 teaspoon
Salt
1 cup Diced
marshmallows
1/4 cup
Water

Egg white
, stiffly beaten
Preparation

Combine sugar, honey, water, and
salt.
Boil
to
soft ball
stage (236 F).

Add marshmallows. Pour slowly,
beating
constantly, onto egg white.
Beat
until thick and creamy.
