3/4 pound fresh fish, boiled (remove skin and bones)
2/3 cup potatoes, peeled, cooked and mashed
1 lg. onion, minced
1 teaspoon cumin seeds
1 teaspoon pepper powder
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon lime juice (optional)
2 cups vegetable oil to deep fry
