Ingredients
14 ounces
Kailan
(washed & cleaned), can substitute
kale
2 tablespoons Cooking
oil
1 tablespoon
Garlic
6 tablespoons
Oyster sauce
Preparation
1
Blanch
the Kailan vegetable and keep
warm.
Heat
up
wok
and add cooking oil.

Fry
the garlic until light
brown
and
stir
in oyster sauce. Pour the sauce on
top
of the vegetable. For decoration, sprinkle with
fried
onions.
