Slow Baked Pork Chops In An Orange & Soy Sauce

Ingredients

Pork chops
Olive Oil
3/4 cup
Orange Juice
1/2 cup
Brown Sugar
1/4 cup
Soy Sauce
2 teaspoons
freshly grated
Ginger
Preparation
1
Brown/seal the
chops
in some olive oil in a pan.

Mix
the orange
juice,
sugar, soy sauce & ginger together.

Place the
chops
in a single layer in an oven proof
dish.

Pour the sauce over them.

Cover with foil.

Bake
at 190’C/375’F/Gas Mark 5 for 45 mins & then remove the foil,
baste
and
turn
the
chops
&
bake
for a further 5 mins.
