A budding culinarian (that's a fun word, huh?) with a background in marketing and public relations. Starting in January 2010, I will begin culinary school and will blog through the process. My blog also focuses on from-scratch, non-processed-food (as much as possible) home cooking, as well as the food scene in Arkansas. I like to highlight chefs, food events, trends and more in the area and would eventually like to "franchise" writing of these topics to other metro areas for the site.
