My husband and I had a restaurant for 20 years and due to my health problems we had to close the restaurant. Now he is a teacher in a hotelschool 'Hotel and Tourism school Spermalie' in Brugge. A very well known school in Belgium. For me I now have some blogs about food and food product info.
Hope that I can contribute some nice recipes from my husband his large amount of recipes.
