Annice

Hey, you.
I'm a food blogger, currently enrolled in high school (No, I did not fail anything.)
My passion for baking started when I was in grade seven and my teacher made my class make sugar cookies for christmas. Creaming rock hard butter with sugar together without a stand mixer, is truly a pain, but it just made it all the more fun for me.

I now have a baking blog, in which I document my life in cupcakes, cookies, yeast breads, and anything else you can toss in the oven. Occasionally, I'll whip up some waffles on a sunday morning for my family, or I'll just sit back and enjoy Mom's delicious green bean and barley sweet soup. Chilled please.

With every recipe on my blog comes with a little story, because thoughts run through my head, even during spontaneous adventures in the kitchen. Like when it took me half an hour to slice open a mini-watermelon, with juice splattered on the counter and floor. And how I ditched the knife and dug out the trusty whisk instead.
