I recently moved to Seattle from southwest Florida. Cooking and writing make my heart sing. I have been enjoying meatlessness for three years now, adapting many of my favorite recipes to accommodate my dietary preference. Although I have been working in retail management for the last decade, my dream is to write my own food blog. I'm here to make that happen and to share some of my kitchen successes with the Foodista community!
