is……. a chef, mother, wife, wee start-up food business and market stall-holder in Ireland. Am also a collector of many cookbooks on see-saw shelves!
This kitchen/pantry is my imperfect, cosy, challenging safe haven where I lose myself in cookbooks and pots, spices and spoons, jam jars and flour, and more importantly, where my heart lies.
This simple room is the heart of my creaky home where I cook with love….. for those I love, and who hold my heart.
