I love to cook and bake. I use only whole foods, no packages, boxes, bags or mixes. My focus is on nutrition. Many of my recipes are dairy free or have dairy free options. I've been blogging for nearly 2 years and in that time my knowledge of food and nutrition has evolved. I believe in the teachings of the WAPF. I do nothing low fat but everything is gluten free and YUMMY.
