A leafy vegetable with a short white stalk and green leaves. This vegetable has an excellent flavor and texture. It is excellent for stir-fry, boiling, and soup. This one-bite size baby Choy Sum becomes a gourment vegetable used in Chinese restaurant due to its excellent quality.

Plants are only 3-4" high with dark green leaves and white petioles and flower tips.
