Satsuma
About
The Satsuma is a type of seedless Mandarin orange that is easy to peel. It was introduced to the West by Japan, where it is known as the Ushu Mikan. They are smaller than an orange and are quite sweet. They have thin skin that is leathery in appearance and full of citrus oil.
