I have a passion for pasta and Italian food so I started my website which is dedicated to my Father Gian Franco. Gourmet chef, restaurateur and Great Dad.

He was born and raised in Italy in a family of 14. YES 14! He taught me the importance of Good Food, Good Wine and Good Times, which all go hand in hand. When I lived in Italy I recall how my cousins still talk about my Fathers cooking to this day.

After working most of my life in the restaurant business myself, duties to include busgirl, dishwasher, waitress, bartender, chef and then later owner, I discovered one thing. I love to cook but wasn't crazy about the restaurant business.

So these days I spend my time eating, traveling, cooking, eating and writing about all of the above. I have my site, and I'm also an examiner for the West Palm Beach Italian Restaurant Review division.

I love to share my experiences, my recipes, my favorite restaurants and all things related to really great food and I'm excited to be a member of this forum of foodies!
