After all those months under a blanket of snow and mucky weather, nothing lifts the spirits quite like a nice Green Smoothie. Made from a blended mix of fresh Spring fruits, this ultra-healthy, boosting drink is sure to liven up your body in time for the warmer months!
Ingredients:
2 ripe pears, cored
2 apples, cored
2 kiwis
1 very large chunk of fresh ginger
2 lemons, juiced
water
