Just like here in the U.S, the country of Britain is culturally split into two sides, the north and the south. Also mirroring our own situation is the gap between the tastes of either side when it comes to their meals.
Sure, they may share the majority of their food choices across culture lines, but there's always just a few special dishes considered either Northern or Southern.
