This quick and easy roast beef sandwich is a great lunch option. Rye bread is slathered with chive and onion cream cheese and layered with sliced roast beef, watercress, tomatoes, and cucumber. If rye bread is not your thing, opt for a richly flavored pumpernickel or sourdough would also work. This roast beef sandwich is perfect for taking to work or a weekend picnic.
Roast Beef Sandwich

Ingredients:
2 slices rye bread
2 Tbsp. PHILADELPHIA Chive & Onion Cream Cheese Spread
1/4 cup watercress
6 slices OSCAR MAYER Selects Slow Roasted Roast Beef
2 large beefsteak tomato slices
8 thin cucumber slices
Directions:
Spread bread slices with cream cheese spread.
Fill with remaining ingredients.
