Apple Pie Pockets
Ingredients
Apple Pie filling, ready-made pie crust, cinnamon, sugar, flour, egg wash
Preparation

Preheat the oven to 375F

Place the ready-made pie crust on a floured cutting board

Cut out 3- to 4-inch diameter circles from the pie crust

Scoop the pie filling onto half of the circle, fold over the dough and pinch closed with a fork

Brush the pockets with the egg wash and sprinkle a generous amount of cinnamon sugar mixture

Place the pockets onto a greased pan
7
Bake the pockets in the oven for 15 minutes

Voila! Apple Pie Pockets!
