No tailgating party is complete without a good spinach dip. The recipe is below makes for a great game day snack, is easy to make and has a healthy twist. You can serve the spinach dip either hot or cold, with tortilla chips, pumpernickel bread or on baguettes.
Healthy Spinach Dip
Ingredients:
1 package of frozen spinach, thawed and drained
1 1/2 cups of plain Greek yogurt (you can use 1/2 cup of sour cream or mayo for a richer texture)
1 package of onion soup mix
1/2 cup chopped water chestnuts, red bell pepper and artichoke hearts
