Quick and Easy: Homemade Egg Roll

If you are looking for a quick and easy way to make a treat for your family, look no further than an egg roll wrapper. 

Fill them with any type filling you like, and fry them to a golden brown before serving. I have a few favorites that the family enjoys, and one that I like to call Almost Asian, is our favorite.            

That names comes from the fact that I am not fooling anyone, and I am not Asian cook, but the exotic flavors of fresh ginger and soysauce, make these just different enough that they are special. 

I hope you love them as much as we do. Once you get the hang of filling and wrapping, try different fillings too. These are perfect vehicles for giving leftovers a new twist. We especially like leftover ham, mashed potato, and a little shredded cheddar.
