This week's new food alert is luscious and filling, taking lamb and giving it a new twist of flavor. Most of the seasonings are ones you have in your cupboard, and they are combined in a new and savory way.
Tajine means cooked in an earthen pot of that name, and served within the pot itself. What a succulent way to feed the family. It is also an interesting way to introduce lamb to your palate. The long, slow cooking process, makes this a rich tasting stew.
