Who can resist Cheesecake Ice Cream with Mango Syrup? Certainly not anyone in the Foodista offices. We love the richness of the cream cheese, and the bonus of being low fat only adds to our joy.
Mangos never tasted so good. Use this syrup over the ice cream of course, but consider it as a topping for other fruits or a lovely Angel Food cake.
