This strawberry-chipotle barbecue sauce from Tide and Thyme is a seasonal specialty. Strawberry preserves (made with real sugar please!) are combined with chipotle peppers and other typical barbecue sauce ingredients like ketchup and molasses. Chipotle peppers are usually found canned in the Latin foods section of the grocery store. You can mixed this barbecue sauce with tender pieces of pulled pork or use this to glaze some grilled chicken. You better make extra because this strawberry-chipotle barbecue sauce goes fast.
