Stir-fried chicken with cashews is an easy weeknight meal with some flair. Chicken breast pieces are sauteed with garlic and onion. This recipe uses both dry chilies and Thai chili paste, depending on your tolerance for spice, you can use one or the other or both. To add freshness, chop some fresh cilantro and throw it in at the very end. Serve stir-fried chicken with cashews on a bed of fluffy brown rice.

Cashew Nuts, a handful
1 tablespoon Soya sauce,
1/2 tablespoon Dark soya sauce,
Directions:
Add in the chicken and cook until nearly done. Then, add in Thai chili paste and stir well. Add a bit less than recommended if you can’t take spiciness.
