Ingredients

chicken

potatoes

onions
2 lg.
green peppers

chicken
bouillon cubes
1 teaspoon
salt
1/2 teaspoon
pepper
1 lg. can
tomatoes
Preparation
1
Peel
and quarter lengthwise the potatoes.
Peel
and quarter the onions and peppers. Put everything into a small
roasting
pan. Cover and
bake
1 1/2 hours until chicken is tender in a 350 degree oven.
