Oatmeal Pie Crust

Ingredients

1 cup Rolled oats (just regular oats which are not whole
1 can Mix 1/2 instant with 1/2 whole as well)
1/2 cup Flour (I use whole wheat)
Sugar (see below for amounts)
1/2 teaspoon Baking powder (optional)
100 grams melted margarine (about 1 stick?)

Preparation

Mix all the above and press into your pan.

Sugar amounts: I use 2 tbs for a soggy filling (like for cheese cake) and 1/2 cup for a dry filling (like a heavy cake).

Bake the empty shell for 10 minutes at medium heat, let cool slightly then fill.
