Onion-Roasted Potatoes

Ingredients

1 env Lipton Recipe Secrets Onion Soup Mix

2 pounds all-purpose potatoes, cut into large chunks

In large plastic bag or bowl, add all ingredients. Close bag

In 13 x 9-inch baking or roasting pan, arrange potatoes; discard bag.

Bake uncovered, stirring occasionally, 40 minutes or until potatoes are tender and golden brown.

Makes about 4 servings.
