Eggplant Lasagna

Ingredients

1 Eggplant, sliced
100 grams Mozzarella cheese, sliced
2 cloves garlic

Preparation

Slice the eggplant in thin slices of the same size

Slice garlic, fry in olive oil

Add the eggplant slices and fry equally each side, then reserve
4
After frying all slices, put together the layers: one of eggplant, one of mozzarella cheese and so on, with the sauce between all of them
5
Take everything to the oven in medium
