Mozzarella cheese

tomato sauce
2 cloves
garlic
Preparation

Slice
the eggplant in thin
slices
of the same size

Slice
garlic,
fry
in olive oil

Add the eggplant
slices
and
fry
equally each side, then reserve

After
frying
all
slices
, put together the layers: one of eggplant, one of mozzarella cheese and so on, with the sauce between all of them
