Ingredients
2 cups steamed spinach (measured after steaming)
1 cup sour cream
1 cup mayonnaise
2 cloves garlic, minced
Salt/pepper to taste

We love to eat this warm, or cool. Set out a platter of chewy bread slices, raw veggies and call the children. A great way to get them eating healthy!
